Considering the low-ball offer that Real Madrid put out, I am more than happy to keep De Gea for another year and lose him on a free if he really wants to go. If clubs want our players, they better pay United's valuation. United can't be push-overs to the likes of Madrid.

Ultimately, while Villa probably didn't sign anyone as good as Delph or Benteke, I think they made their team much stronger this window.
