These Mbappe and Neymar sagas are pretty funny to watch unfold, but man oh man the market going forward is going to be absolutely ****ed if they actually go through.

Re: The Transfer Thread
Apparently, part of Neymar's demands to PSG for them to sign him is that they also sign Coutinho...and two other world class players.
LOL, OK dude.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
Klopp has pretty much said Coutinho leaving isn't gonna happen, but if Barca or PSG is gonna be ridiculous and offer 100 million, why not?!? Haha
I've pretty much accepted Neymar and Mbappe are both staying with their respective club this season. But who knows!

Re: The Transfer Thread
I can see why they are taking the stance they are taking tbh. They don't want to be a club that sells their best players anymore. It's been additionally embarrassing because they have regularly sold their best players to rival clubs in the same league. This one is probably the main focus, stopping the sale of good players to domestic rivals would be a positive step forward for Arsenal.Comment

Happy to see that Simon Kjær is headed from Fenerbahce to Sevilla. I get to see more of him, and he gets his chance at a bigger club.Support Local Sports

Re: The Transfer Thread
Yeah, should give Pogba a similar role to the one he had at Juve. Not exactly the same obviously, but much closer to it.Comment

I won't even be able to laugh at them for spending 40m on Paulinho when we will likely buy Danny Drinkwater for 30mComment

There's a "Co.?"
While the Lukaku transfer may be more exciting, I consider this our best bit of business (thus far in the window) because of what it does for Pogba. I'm really excited to see our midfield in action.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
Anyway yeah, like I said, Matic fills a hole in your squad you desperately needed to fill. Not sure why we are all of a sudden totally cool with selling players to rival clubs but whatever.
Only justification I can see is that perhaps we thought it was better for you to spend 40m on 29 year old Matic rather than 40-50m on some young dude who is going to end up being better.
Either way, I'm still pretty sure this will end up being a repeat of Arsenal selling you RvP.Comment
