Patch is out... Even par after 8 on oak hill. Turned the green grid off with the new putting cam. Loving the broadcast cam on drives you can see more of the course ahead not angled into the fairway.

Oak Hill not showing up in my PC version. Do I have to do anything to download?

If on steam make sure steam downloads the update. Sometimes it doesn't automatically.

How do you get the new putting cam? I can't seem to find it in settings or find a way to toggle it.

When on the green hit "y" then L3 till you get the low camera. If you swing with the right stick though it's actually R3 not L3.

On xbox press y to zoom then click the right stick to circle through views

Yes.

You have full control of the view which I like. Moving the cursor with the d pad allows you to zoom in and out as much as you want and when you add full 360 control with the right stick there isn't really much else you could ask for.
