Wolves End Home Schedule With Loss To Chasing Preds

Pekka Rinne was absolutely amazing tonight in a 4-2 Predators win over Anchorage in Alaska. The Wolves finish the 2009-2010 season with an NHL leading 29-8-4 record on home ice. A winning percentage of .756.

The Wolves would get a pair of goals from Matthew Lombardi in the loss. He now has 26 goals on the season.

Peter Mueller was dominant tonight, scoring a goal against the Wolves in his teams win.

"It always feels nice to score on a team that traded you...or so the other guys have told me", laughed the young Mueller whose Preds recorded their 43rd win and 90th point of the season, just a single point behind the 6th seeded Wolverines.
