Johnnyrock's Dynasty - Canucks get the cup!

Hey guys, I was looking in the dynasty HQ and I really like it, it somehow gets me in the groove of playing NHL again and kinda makes me pumped.

I will be using NHL 12 and I will be using Tazer19's silder with either minor or no adjustments. (Probably start my dynasty sometime today =) )

Weak Offense


VANCOUVER -- It was all thanks to Cory Schneider making the best possible saves he can.

The Detroit Red wings pumped up the early score as Henrik Zetterberg scores it in. We can get back to this game." Burrows said. Suddenly, the Detroit Red Wings exploded with their offensive ability and went 2-0 in the 1st period. By 2nd period, Vancouver dominated early in the period making it 2-1 and ALMOST making the game 2-2, but it hit the post. H. Sedin scored the 1st goal to keep the game alive.

But the Detroit Red Wings kept exploding with their offensive and took up to 14 shots in a single period, 2 got away from Schneider. The score was then 4-1 at the end of the period. "If I stopped those 2 other shots, we'd still be alive and running at them." Schneider said.

By the 3rd period, we again, were struggling with our offense and we couldn't get to their offensive zone much, again, making the Detroit Red Wings score another 2 on us. "The team needs more momentum to get this game going." Henrik Sedin, The Captain said.

In the end, it was 6-2, final score. Schneider walked away angered, because he couldn't stop most of the puck coming at him. "It was my fault, I let the team down." Schneider mentioned.

Roberto Luongo will be playing the next game against Edmonton Oilers this Saturday.

Losing Streak!?

PS: Sorry for not posting other pictures, I kind of screwed up.

The canucks have been out cold for a while due to a 3 game losing-streak!

VAN @ EDM: 2-3
VAN @ NYR: 4-2

Luongo has been pretty solid, but it has been our problem scoring and getting trouble into our offensive zone. "I feel that we should step up more," Kesler Mentioned, "We were great in the stanley cup run, so we should be great at our season run too!".

This Thursday, Luongo will still be in the goalie position however, the next game, Schneider will play.

"It's good to have 2 goalies who are extremely solid playing for the Canucks," GM Mike Gillis said, "We should be having Luongo's groove back in no time and we'll be the best team in the NHL no doubt."

oh nice, dont see nucks played much on here. Any plans for Schneider, or you going to run a 1/2 goaltending punch?

Yes I am, Schneider has great potential and I can see him getting up to a possible 90 overall =). It all depends on the way he plays!

I chose the canucks because I know they will have a salary cup issue soon

for some reason New York Rangers went back so I have to play again which is great because I wanna make a story about it
