If you give Vancouver who was unbeaten, that many PP chances, then you will get hurt. Price was good, but can not do it on his own.

Finally. We won a game. This was a very odd but nice game to watch. It was certainly not a goalies dual. Price was not good, but Smith was flat out bad. In the first period we had many penalties against and on a 3 on 5 we scored a SHG. Smith far out of his crease, gave the puck to Plekanec, who didn't blink and scored the shorthander. Another SHG from Prust this time gave us a 2-0 lead. Zherdev made the best of a breakaway and scored 3-0. The first 2 periods were ours, but then the momentum shifted to Phoenix. They came back to 3-3. After this it was a shooting range. It looked like Phoenix was going to get an OT after there PPG. But it was Cole who decided the game. Actually it was the bad goaltending of Smith that gave us the victory.

"We are glad to announce a trade we made with the New York Rangers. We traded rightwing Colby Armstrong to NY for their 2013 - 2nd round pick (NYR). Armstrong couldn't adjust to our team and wanted out. We wanted a change and Gomez get another chance. He will play on the 4th line and Moen will go up a line."

We decided to put Gomez on the third line instead of Moen, who is on a cold streak all year. Better let Gomez earn his paycheck.

I don't think that will ever be possible, haha! Good job with this Seb.

Haha. The lock out gave Bergevin some time, but I was wondering what he would do with Gomez if the season had started.

But this is a game and I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I would like another RW in my group, but I don't want to spent to much and I have Collberg and Galagher in the minors, so I hope Gomez will be the solution in the meantime. Maybe a nice waiverclaim.... I would like to trade for Gomez and gain some capspace, but others don't want his big contract.

This was a thriller again. But we came out on top. Bad point: Carey Price isn't on top of his game. Good points: First goal Subban and Eller. Zherdev is getting good. Gomez had a assist.

Another W for the Habs. The winning streak is on 3 now. This was our best game offensivly this season. We were superb. All lines contributed this game. 2 goals for Pacioretty and White. We looked very good and sharp. NY Rangers did well, but after a fight between Sauer and former Ranger Prust (who killed Sauer) NY was out of sink. Lundqvist was only pulled after 6 goals.
