Interactive CAP Dynasty Sign Ups

Alright guys it's time to get my OS CAP dynasty going.

For those that were around I'm sure you remember either signing up for mine for the past NHL games or read them. For those that weren't check this. The posts from the first NHL season are around page 18/19.

I am going to be taking signups for this as long as there is interest. I am thinking I will make all of us 17 year old prospects to be drafted after the first year of a dynasty. I need to run some tests to make sure I can get this right, but if I can that will be the plan. I will include your top 3 choices for a team to go to in the sign up if this isn't something I can do.

I will also be looking for ideas for the team that I will control.

Basic idea is a simulation dynasty where our created players are their own guys and go through their careers without any interaction by me unless I draft them or they get traded to me. I want this to be interactive so as you can see in the link I provided the guys that were involved last time would post after each one of my updates either giving little "twitter" messages.

I will ask that if you sign up you be prepared to be active in the dynasty posting at least throwing up one or two messages between each update.

One thing that people did in my old ones was include press releases, interviews, and press conferences as their updates for their players. Due to OS rules all of these have to be hockey related as it pertains to the dynasty. We don't want anyone getting in trouble, so you can throw in a little background or personal stuff, but keep 90 percent of it to the hockey aspect of everything. It has to look like a real interview or press conference. The twitter messages will be more of a fun way to interact with the other guys in the dynasty, you know throwing comments @ each other as well as making quick updates on how you feel about your season so far.

Side note: Also wouldn't mind if someone signed up as a reporter assigned to follow our careers and interview us periodically throughout the dynasty. Maybe a "blogger" type deal where you post updates on the players whenever you want as well as give your opinion on how they are playing.
