Re: 2013 Draft Class- Superstars or Busts? (NHL 13 OS CAP Dynasty)

@BDean18: @EnnJay Thanks man. At least I'm getting some money since they've used up the first year of my Entry Level contract.

@BDean18: @Sascha22LW Yeah. I'm hometown Leafs fan so playing for the Canadiens isn't really that fun for me. Plus getting sent down to Junior after averaging over a point per game makes me even more #pissed at the Canadiens.

Just a quick question. Am I going to be able to see my stats from Junior as you do more and more updates????

Unfortunately no. In be a gm players are just in juniors, no season or anything gets simulated.

Oh well. Does that mean I have to wait until next season to be able to see my stats and stuff again???

Re: 2013 Draft Class- Superstars or Busts? (NHL 13 OS CAP Dynasty)

2014/15 End Of Regular Season

1st Pick- Anaheim Ducks
(40-31-11, 91PTS, 9th in West. Tied with 8th, but lost tiebreaker.)

RW #28 Matt Burkart (itsmb8) @TheRealMattBurkart
71GP, 12G, 45A, 57PTS, 0PIMS, -4, 5PPG, 148S, 27H
Didn't make Playoffs

-Burkart had a good first NHL season putting up 57 points, but his team failed to make the playoffs. The Ducks have a lot of talent and will be expected to be a playoff team come next season as Burkart continues to develop.

2nd Pick- Dallas Stars (44-26-12, 100PTS, 2nd in West)
C #24 Dominick Bellini (thedudedominick) @DBell24
82GP, 21G, 43A, 64PTS, 18PIMS, -13, 12PPG, 4GWG, 190S, 61%FO, 86H
2nd Line C (Linemates L. Eriksson and J. Pavelski)
PP2, PK1, 5th in Shootout

-Bellini capped off his second NHL season helping his team to the second seed in the West. He topped the 20 goal mark and will look to continue his production in the playoffs.

3rd Pick- Columbus Blue Jackets (31-39-12, 74PTS, 13th in West)
D #78 Robert Bolig (bigbob)
82GP, 3G, 10A, 13PTS, 225PIMS(1st in NHL), Even, 114S, 239H (8th in NHL)
Didn't make Playoffs

-Unfortunately for the Jackets they just didn't have enough offense to win games this season. Bolig was a physical force to be reckoned with leading the league in Penalty minutes as well as being 8th in Hits. Expect big things from him next season.

4th Pick- Boston Bruins (42-33-7, 91PTS, 7th in East)
RW #11 Jacob Gregory (Yrogergj24) @TheRealJG
82GP, 21G, 44A, 65PTS, 62PIMS, +22, 7PPG, 1SHG, 5GWG, 218S, 162H
1st Line RW (Linemates C. Camper and T. Seguin)
PP1, PK1, 2nd in Shootout

-The Bruins squeaked into the playoffs in big part due to first line production. Gregory had a good first NHL season with 65 points and a +22 rating. Him and Seguin will be big stars together in the league as long as Boston can afford to keep them both around.

5th Pick- Colorado Avalanche (44-34-4, 92PTS, 7th in West)
LW #22 Sascha Jansen (seb170466) @Sascha22LW
81GP, 20G, 39A, 59PTS, 88PIMS, +18, 4PPG, 5GWG, 238S, 166H
1st Line LW (Linemates H. Sedin and G. Landeskog)
PP1, PK2, 2nd in Shootout

-While not producing a ton of points the top line in Colorado was one of the most physical and defensive with both Jansen and Landeskog on the wings. They have a big matchup with Dallas in the first round of the playoffs, but most fans are looking forward to what another offseason of training can do for these two big wingers flanking Sedin.

6th Pick- Winnipeg Jets (45-27-10, 100PTS, 4th in East)
RW #24 Noah Jackson (nuka) @EnnJay

82GP, 32G, 29A, 61PTS, 36PIMS, +25 (8th in NHL), 12PPG, 2SHG, 8GWG (8th in NHL), 258S, 51H
1st Line RW (Linemates E. Kane and M. Scheifele)
PP1, PK1, 2nd in Shootout

-The Jets got themselves the 4 seed for this years playoffs and a lot had to do with their top line. Scheifele was top 10 in the league in assists and Noah Jackson was top 10 in both +/- and Game Winning Goals. The Jets will be a tough out in the playoffs.

7th Pick- Montreal Canadiens (44-32-6, 94PTS, 5th in East)
C #91 Brandon Dean (Bluejaysfan65) @BDean18
42GP, 16G, 27A, 43PTS, 9PIMS, +8, 5PPG, 2GWG, 113S, 61%FO, 22H
Sent back to Juniors

Re: 2013 Draft Class- Superstars or Busts? (NHL 13 OS CAP Dynasty)

@DBell24 So excited to be going to the playoffs for the first time in my career. #StanleyCup, #DallasStars

@DBell24 It's going to be no small task, just got word my line is going to be asked to shut down Landeskog, Sedin, and Jansen.
