WTF happened in Anahiem? They always seem to do poorly in the first season for some reason.

I'm not to upset about the standings. Usually they can get pretty weird in the early years with good teams being bad etc. Anaheim is the only real team out of place. Pittsburgh is absolutely on fire with the 10 straight to begin the year. I'm happy at the fact that my Mission McDavid is going to plan...

The Oilers limp into Buffalo after a 6-2 drumming at the hands of the Boston Bruins last night. Tonight's match up will feature a return to the line-up of Luke Gazdic and Ben Scrivens back in the net after his 29 save shut out of the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night. Todd Nelson announced that Teddy Purcell will move to the top line and play with Taylor Hall and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. "We felt that Teddy has shown a ton of confidence this year and we decided to reward him with some extra ice-time" - Nelson on 4-93-16. Justin Schultz will also drop down to the 3rd pairing.
