Just thought I'd add, I was working on this for an ungodly amount of time and came to the conclusion that the culprit is the EA app. I think it borks the install or something, anyway, what worked for me was to clear the cache in the EA app thought I'd share:

hamburger menu->Help->App Recovery

Give them their due:
I found this solution from an EA support ticket

Your Pc is better then mine and while I've only played one game, I experienced very little stuttering. I did cap the frames to 120 from the get go and honestly probably should drop it to 60 as according to nvidia geforce, I barley topped 60 during the game.

I have a 3060, i7 11700, and 16gb ram. I’ve had no stutter but I thought I’d get higher than 50 fps?

Thanks for posting, this is more or less my exact build and I’m trying to decide today between PC and console

What settings are you running? And particularly what resolution?

Re: Is my GPU to far out of date for Madden '24

Couldn't remember what my CPU was, finally looked this morning. My build is an i5-10400 with 1660 Super and 32gb ram. I averaged 55-60 fps. I did notice just a tad of screen tearing compared to my Series S and a bit more stuttering mainly during the intro. Now just to decide which version I want to go with.

I was initially on max everything and got around 50 fps. I tinkered with everything except resolution, lowering all other things to low and still around 50 fps. There’s something I’m missing settings wise that I just got to figure out. My time with the game hasn’t been alot. I will get more into it this weekend.
