First, I do not own Madden 19. I might pick it up sometime this year. Can't really justify the purchase with Offline CFM being so bareboned.
Anyways, having said that, looyh, exrxixx, ksmiz, and I mostly build nba2k scoreboards through hex. It has been easier as blender has been incorporated with 2k17/2k18 scoreboard building process, but most stuff are done through hex.
We import a texture, then manipulate the other elements with hex. Use hex to change GameClock Screen Location, hex to change GameClock Size and Width, change Home team score Size, Width, Location, etc etc. There's a mesh the scoreboard texture is attached to, and we can make the scoreboard wider/shorter through hex. (easier with blender, but still can do it through mesh).
If y'all are able to import scoreboard texture into game, that is a good step.
Next, i would ask GalaxyMan for the hex offset location of the scoreboard texture. There might be paramaters near the texture offset that control Home team location, size, etc. Or it might be somewhere completely different
Or GalaxyMan might have come across the hex offset of the home score, away score, game clock, etc etc when he was setting up the Frosty Editor.
There are some hex tips that might be helpful --- search for full numbers, xyz coordinates, etc etc. If you search the NLSC 2k18 modding forum for the scoreboard authors --bongo88, looyh, exrxixx, ksmiz, dirtydraw -- we have some hex tips scattered through all our scoreboard threads. It may or may not be similar.
But if galaxy man can find the archive name and hex offsets of the scoreboard elements, then elements of the scoreboard may be manipulated through hex. If he knows the scoreboard Mesh/texture locations, the other elements may or may not be near-by.
Of course, it might be completely different. Once again, i don't own madden 19. Galaxyman might know more.
Anyways, have a good day.
