Game update on Origin 7/29

Any idea what the game update did today for Madden 20?

I'm guessing release day patch so we probably wont get any notes but thought I would ask if anyone has seen any info on it.

I have head 2-3 small updated since the Origin Access has been available. Are you sure this is specific to 7-29 or could this be something from a few days ago that you are just getting? If this is a new one this will mark the 3-4 update in the last 5 days.

Well normally Origin prompts you to update your game if its not updated when you launch it. I first downloaded the game Friday night, played a lot on Saturday and Sunday with no updates and I played a game this morning. I closed down the game for lunch then started it back up after lunch and it prompted me to update it. Was about 800+MB or so in size.

It is definitely a new update. I played earlier today (uk time) and then just loaded it up (evening) and it prompted me to update. Around 800mb.

Seems to have fixed the issue with hidden development traits. Before my rookies had played 0 downs (even though they had played downs). Just played a game post update and my rookie now has around 14 downs registered.

Does Origin let you know if there is an update while you still have the game open?

I don't think so, I had to "force" update it -- by clicking on the update option when you click more options in origin.

FWIW, the "exe" file still says version 1.0.0 -- So who knows what this does .... or doesn't do.

Fired up my laptop and I haven't played since day1 (7/24) and it's downloading a 905mb update which I assume is all the updates rolled into 1. Don't know what it does!

I need them to fix the lack of MSAA option that works without having the kick meter and first down marker dissapear. FXAA is garbage
