Maybe the flash drive needs to be formatted for the PS4 like the 360 required.

Okay, got it to work, but OS doesnt allow more than 8MB,, anybody got a free site so I can share this thing?

You can try Mediafire.com. That's crazy if a roster file is over 8mb. The current files are only about 800kb. You can also use a compression program like winzip to compress it's size and upload it.

With MUT EA is allowing those rosters to be transferred over and I don't see us being able to do anything with PS4 files for a while so I PM'd and MOD at EA feedback forum and asked this.

"I really would love to get a next gen console but I've put in a ton of work on custom rosters and would hate to lose all the work I put in. Is there anyway EA could create a way for us to transfer our custom rosters from 1st to next gen like they do with MUT?"

We'll see what happens....
