Yup they are and it's a must have, if I ever get my xbox back its automatically redownloaded for me.

Hmn that's werid being that all Ea games are online because of Ea Access and EA Origins Subscription base applications.

They could be doing maintenance but on ps4 I was just on some versions and they where working ok.

So I'm not really sure, but keep trying those rosters are well worth it.
