Thanks Josh. That’s what I meant. Setting the game speed on slow in the CFM set up screen where you pick when you want to start your franchise, adjust settings, and change role. But once in the CFM opening screen move the speed back to normal prior to playing an actual game. I’m going to run with straight up normal and see how things feel. Really really happy with this game right now.

Yeah man, I'm getting ripped to shreds. Idk, but it really seems like the AI is just smarter now. Lazy play calling will get you killed. No more hanging around in Quick play.....

That's really strange. I keep experiencing very bad decision making from cpu qbs and it is the reason why I am on a 7 game win streak. Here's the play that just happened (I'm Dallas playing against atlanta): https://youtu.be/rBBvfEU-0HA

Pretty sure it was 3rd down but still, they were winning 27-19 in the 4th quarter. If he just throws it away instead they can put up 3 and make a comeback harder.

I'm afraid this specific case is the effect of the last two patches: the last patch makes QBs much more mobile, the previous one makes much easier to intercept cross-body throws.
But, well, not that unrealistic pick tbh.
