Can you download updates off PC and upload to Xbox?

Hey guys,

I don’t have access to Wi-Fi other than hotspot and was interested in getting the game this year (skipped last year) I have a Xbox One X. I’m guessing that franchise (all that I play), isn’t playable out of the box? Anyone have any workarounds they’ve used other than hauling a tv to a library and downloading? Thanks!

Honestly if you're still on last gen, then franchise is mostly ok to play. Especially offline. There's a bug that happens when you get beyond 5 years it might corrupt your save.
