Madden NFL 23 Players Impacted by Cloud Franchise League Issues to Receive 50% Off Madden NFL 24 & Invite For Closed Beta

My franchise is one of the 2% gone. The offer is better than nothing and maybe I am in the minority but a 50 percent discount doesn't really do much for me. I have zero trust in Madden to manage their servers. They've been a complete mess all year and the corruption issue was just the final nail in the coffin.

Maybe I will soften and the commissioner tools will be more interesting than I anticipate, but "sorry we destroyed your game, here's the chance to give us only $30 instead of $60 to see if we fixed it next year" is not very compelling to me.

Madden gives away so many copies at launch and after that a 50% off the next game means next to nothing for them. It's a decent gesture but I think most players would rather have some sort of guarantee that the next game will at least work.

Im sorry, but this is bogus. I wasnt able to play for over a MONTH due to the save glitch costing me a month long ran franchise.. I dont wanna sound like a cry baby, but where is my 50% off? I lost my franchise too

So EA is making it right by saying commit to buying Madden 24 and they’ll give it to you half off. Yea, thats not making it right. How about giving those people a free copy ? That’s making it right. How about fully refunding them for Madden 23 ? I wasn’t affected as I shelved the game long ago. But the people who were deserve better than being coerced into buying Madden 24. Heck they give away hundreds if not thousands of free copies on Twitter at launch every year. The game can be bought half off if you can wait 2 months after launch. With all the bugs the game launches with your usually waiting that long for a patch anyway. Disgusting. And dont forget they sold this game as “THE MOST POLISHED MADDEN IN A LONG TIME.”

This is an impossible thing to guarantee. It would of course never get by legal because doing something like that would actually really open the door for a lawsuit to be successful.
