I am learning this is definitely due to exchange rates and not at all isolated to EASports.

Thankfully we have Ebay merchants that can circumvent matters like this.

Is it still the US game publisher that decides to hike the price? Or is it the CDN retailers that decide so?

This last part I am not grasping.
