Depends on when you use them I guess. I've double juked (no modifier) 2 players and done the same with the stutter step. It's not something you can pull off if you haven't practiced them though. The stutter step can be pulled off with any back. Same with the double juke. You dont have to have a 90+ rb, just one with high ratings in the corresponding categories, mostly juking and elusiveness. Also you can't be right up within a yard and expect them to work. I'd say anywhere within 3-5 yds should be ok. Setting them up also helps.

Well more specifically, the OL rarely, if ever, moves the DL at the point of attack. Watch a run from the endzone cam in the real NFL, and you'll see the linemen shuffling defenders sideways, turning them so the OL's back is to the hole, etc.

There's also that one of the most common schemes, zone blocking, is almost completely absent.
