Which traits would those be?

It's basically non combine drill traits. For a quarterback it would be accuracy and awareness. For running backs it would be ball carrier vision. For wide receiver most of their catch ratings (spectacular catch, catch in traffic etc) and route running. Blocking ratings for lineman.

For defense look at play recognition and coverage ratings.
