It's simply been streamlined and now right there instead on having to dig for it. Not Earth shattering but the more things that get streamlined the better.

You see it all the time in NFL that players have an adjustment period etc..
So I think at the least a small awareness hit should happen until player gets reps at the new position.
Again speed etc.. ratings should not take a hit.
Tell me the learning curve of anyone in the NFL who switches position...

Some people need to adjust while others step right in and excel...And a player gets reps in practice and training camp, which Madden doesn't have, so why have a penalty? and if you are going to have a penalty potential, why not a bonus potential to simulate someone who actually improves at their new position?

HOw about a penalty when there is a coaching change? Gotta learn that new system..

I'm sure this is something they can tweak and expand upon in the future. Just remember that these features that they are working on are not a finished product. These are things that came directly from our meeting with Kolbe & John and things we felt the community would like to see, if they were able to squeeze them in before the game releases. These are things that were not scheduled to be in Madden 16 until they were brought up. These are bonus features, if you look at them as anything else, they may disappoint, but at least look at the fact that they tried to do some things when they didn't have to.

Just things like them having a CFM community day and having something like practice be the number one thing almost everyone wanted. It just tells me that the majority of the people they bring in are online players and the stuff that they want or at least the priorities of certain things is vastly different than what I'd like to see.

But I get it and totally understand why so many things are geared towards the online crowd, it's just disappointing to see them going further towards a direction of something I likely will never be a part of.

Again, just because things appear to be a certain way, doesn't mean they actually are. John & Kolbe care about on & offline, there's a pretty good mix of the "community day guys" that are online and offline. The online guys seem to be more vocal, but Shop is definitely more of an offline features guy and if they bring me back next year, I'm almost exclusively offline and I brought up several things for the future that are for the offline CFM user that they plan to get to very soon, some of which almost happened this year.

Practice strikes me as a good addition for both online CFM and off....while you can always jump into practice mode offline with a default (or updated) roster team, you couldn't do that with your current team multiple seasons into a CFM to see how they perform. Until now.

I'm not sure why an offline player wouldn't be happy about that.
