When I used these ratings it honestly felt more like real football. There was just a few moments where the lower awareness ratings caused some ridiculously stupid actions with linemen. Specifically where a de beat a tackle but then ran in the opposite direction of the ball carrier.

The biggest thing I noticed was you had to actually game plan for players since the elite players are really a cut above the rest. When using the standard rosters you don't really care or hardly matter of you play against a guy like Tom Brady or Teddy Bridgewater or the falcons Wide receivers vs St Louis receivers. Obviously some work has to be done inside CFM and on the gameplay side of things too but I think it'll be worth it and people would adjust having player ratings using the whole 1-99 scale.

Go 2 the SHARE section in ur menu page of M15
It's titled OSFBGRATINGS and uploaded by secelite13 I believe but is definitely amongst the top 30 or so most downloaded roster files on PS4
