MADDEN PS4 PRELOAD NOT SUPPORTED?

Probably a combo of experience with disc games only allowing exhibition while installing and then only seeing that same initial download start first for digital, not realizing that the "application data" is the download for the rest of the game.

I wish people were more informed but it is what it is.

Just bought the digital version, received the theme.
But it says I cannot download the game at this time?

For what it's worth, mine is currently downloading an Update File of 672.8 MBs and a Game Install of 4.837 GBs. It seems pretty clear this is just how they do the Pre-Loads. There is also a countdown timer on the home screen under the Madden thumbnail with about 3.5 hrs left on it (I'm currently on the west coast for business... and yes, I'm here for a week so I brought my PS4).

All that aside, there is a large blue "sticker" on the preorder picture in the PSN store that very plainly says "PRE-LOAD SUPPORTED".

I think if everyone just takes a deep breath and exercises a little patience, it will be shown that things will be ok

Go to dash and then library. Should be in there to start download...
