I'm looking at the CFM website, when it says desired salary (over 4 years), does this mean he's looking for 3.4M over the 4 year stretch, or is he looking for 3.4M per year for 4 years?

I'm getting killed on my re-signing, losing young talent left and right to the point where the off season looks to almost be a total rebuild.

Not sure what i'm missing about the concept here.

Also, take your standard NFL team, how many franchise tags do they have on an average team?

3.4 mil over 4 years. He's looking for a contract of roughly 800,000 per year.

1 franchise tag per year I think.

No. I went 7-9. Last night, I played my final game, and did everything up to the draft, didn't have any problem signing at that time. I did however have 2 players asking (what i thought),was crazy money so i moved them over to the curb.

My problem was getting anything to work mid season, from the cfm website. in fact, players that declined my offers during the season accepted when i was at season end and doing it from my console.

I usually bump up the guaranteed money a bit and I have no trouble signing they guys I want to keep.

That bring up a good point, is a large salary and small bonus more enticing, or do they go for the big money bonus?
