I assume it referred to user vs. CPU, but based on the offensive explosions I've seen with longer quarters in CPU games, I feel like it would apply to anything. More offense just gets crammed into the game on default tuning to make up for the shorter quarters.

Fumbles are the opposite of like the interceptions slider. The higher the number, the less fumbles
