Re: Open Roof In Franchise?

So MLB The Show just finally started doing it this year, so I would expect it will take EA a couple of years to finally get it in.

Literally what we have been saying for years. Couldn't have said it better myself. The game looks sick in those open stadiums too, especially the Colts stadium. They should just include a screen to pick weather like they have in play now also. Can't be difficult to copy what they already do have into CFM.

Absolutely kills my Texans franchise.. Hopefully it's in or maybe they should incorporate the weather channel like NCAA did so it reflects real time weather.

Very different and not a comparable situation.

As mentioned previously in this thread there are both versions of the stadium in the game already being used but just not in franchise.

The Show up until this year didn't have both versions of the stadiums.

Re: Open Roof In Franchise?

When is EA going to realize that what made the early versions of Madden so incredible was the options available. I mean back then open or closed roofs, weather, and of course uniforms for BOTH teams was standard.

I know Madden has come a long way toward simulation, but then they let design decisions hurt long term playability.

BTW, thank you EA for letting us edit players from other teams this year. Haven't been able to do that for years!!

Some day they will get it all in, but by then I will probably be to old to see the screen.

Re: Open Roof In Franchise?

I'm hopeful they can add this as part of continuous development this year.
