what are some formation subs you have planned for your franchise?

I love using the SUB formation, the one that puts one of your rushers at ILB, backup SS at CB ect. Well 1st things 1st, I'm going to put my best coverage LB at that ILB spot, move the rusher back to OLB, put one of my DE's in place of the NT, and my starting FS, which hopefully will be Honeybadger sooner or later, at CB in place of the backup SS. Other than that I'll go through each formation and see which one suits each players strength, as well as set my special teams. I also hope you can set the wildcat as well. I'd love to choose who my wildcat QB is.

I will actually try to spice up my formation subs weekly like a coach might do in the NFL. I know that game planning is a new feature and I am very excited about using it, but I also view formation subs as its own game plan. Depending on opponents, I will make changes each week. I will also try and play younger players on special teams in base packages if they "earn" playing time. Example: if my Kick Returner fumbles, he will get subbed out. If he scores a TD, maybe he will get to play in one of the sets the following week.

As the eagles,

Offensively --

• Darren Sproles on majority of shotgun plays for screens/pass plays
• Jordan Matthews in the slot on all 3 WR sets
• Goalline runs putting Jason Peters and Lane Johnson at TE. Putting backup tackles/guards in their places

Defensively:

• In Dime and any wide 9 sets putting DLine as Barwin, Graham, Cox, Curry

ST's changing all WR gunners to CB and Safeties.

I really like this idea! I could see using DeAndre Washington in my Raiders CFM at return, and if he does well putting him in 1-2 formations the following week. This is so helpful to get younger / lower OVR guys playing time.

As a Chiefs fan, I'm trying to figure out what formations do I want Jamal Charles to never line up in. While they have depth at RB, formation subs is a terrible way to manage it.
