Has the draft tuner been applied to offline CFMs yet?
Just wondering because I wanted to start my new cfm. Also, have they fixed the player regression where every player at 28 years old takes a huge hit.

no. you'll know its here when you download a patch for it.

and regression has not been tuned at all
