We did this in another thread, response from EA was given. Not going to hijack the thread.

So deleted title update..just some quick observations...
1. Injuries allow u to "play player injured" which I didn't see before
2. Injury slider at default is 50 not 10
3. Ur not restricted on the DLine..what I mean is u can jump off sides with the left stick..which u couldn't do
These are more my "feeling"
1. Tackling feels better
2. Coverage feels better with better foot planting
3. Line play appears to play more to ratings and organic.
4. Along the lines of line play..
User and CPU appears steer blocks more fluidly..before feel like that option was removed or nerfed
5. CPU QB appear to move around better not statues..
Now remember this is also without day 1 release update as well

We so we actually never played this version really? Well, for me anyway. I got it Thursday. 2 days after Madden was released.
Edit: this sounds amazing by the way

Have you seen any tackles where the defender takes the ball carrier head on, wraps up the carrier, and then have the ball carriers momentum spin the defender while engaged for the take down?

Re: So deleted the patch and tuner......

The kicking is def harder... the kick meter is so much faster pre patch.

But remember guys, this is a bear bones game, meaning you have no online options like franchise, head to head and MUT. Once you connect to the internet it prompts you to download the latest update to use the online options . Without the update your strictly stranded offline .

So I guess the pros of this are: better gameplay , kicking, tackling and passing.
The cons are: no online gameplay or options, qb's all have generic stances and passing styles.( cannot be edited), Fumbles do happen a lot more and you don't have an updated roster

So it's pick your poison.... better gameplay or better depth of immersion.

Well wouldn't it still work if you used a roster you downloaded before you rolled back to base game at launch? Can someone who has done this confirm that newer rosters and existing offline franchises work?

Yes I have..also to add I have the most updated rosters and commentary..these items can be saved..one thing negative..play calling by CPU isn't great..or at least appears to not be great..will test more when I get home

Re: So deleted the patch and tuner......

I'm very temped to do this. Is there an option on the PS4 to turn off automatic updates for a game?
