Rehiring a coach

SO one of the guys in our online cloud franchise is dropping out. He plays as the Packers. Does anyone know of a way once I boot him out I can make Mike McCarthy the coach again?

I do have an extra PSN account I am not using. I thought about inviting myself being the Owner of the team and then hiring McCarthy and then booting myself. Since we have coach firing off this should work right?

Any ideas?

Yes, this will work as long as McCarthy is in the Coaching FA pool (not signed elsewhere or retired).


Log in as owner, go to staff screen, fire head coach, hire new head coach from available pool and retire as owner. You will be locked out as owner until a new user takes over the team so make sure to get it right first time.

Ok so at one point during the season/offseason can i hire/fire a coach?

Also instead of retiring as owner can I just boot myself so the CPU takes over the team?
