Haven't played since Madden 11 and having hard time deciding to invest time in My Player or play regular franchise where I control more aspects of game.. Meaning being qb and receiver etc etc

I understand you can use your real name and build him up but for the 1st playthrough would I enjoy the regular season

any thoughts

Play franchise. Too bad you got last year's game. It's much better than Madden 11, but an online franchise league will be hard to find, and those are very fun.

If you last played M11 make sure to take deep breaths when you realise how much has disappeared from "Franchise" mode in 5 years. :S
