Bug (Be Specific): Player experiences -2 injury regression every week for 'Major Injury', despite not sustaining an injury

Bug (Be Specific): PS4, Cloud Franchise, New franchise w/ real life roster Playoffs wild card or divisional round. Franchise will not save to cloud and not appearing in "Load Franchise screen" when loading other online league the "wild card or divisional round" league is gone.

Game Mode Experienced In: online CFM

Can you reproduce it? How?: creating a new online league with real rosters in wildcard or divisional round. Does not save no matter how far you progress.

Bug (Be Specific): This.



After the huddle breaks, if the human is on offense, the offense will retreat off screen, and then when you snap the ball, the defensive players will just tumble around the ball endlessly, forcing you to call a time out and sim the rest of the game or quit practice. If the CPU is on offense, then it will snap the ball with no defensive players, guaranteeing the touchdown (unless you're playing against the Giants, in which case they'll throw incompletions anyway. ). It will happen at random points during the game, but once this happens, it will happen on EVERY play for the rest of the game.

Game Mode Experienced In: All! Practice, Play Now, Franchise, multiple roster files, before and after latest update, but MUCH MORE FREQUENTLY with the last few updates.

Can you reproduce it? How? Yes I can reproduce with the following steps:
1. Start a game of Madden NFL
(No I'm not being sarcastic, almost EVERY SINGLE game it happens eventually, usually when I'm about to get the game winning score)

Oh which ones to choose, there are sooooooooo many... I think you'll especially like the last 10 seconds of this one. Who knew that the Falcon Dome doubles as a slip-and-slide?

Since the most recent update, I no longer have injuries in my CFM. It doesn't matter what I change the injury slider to, I experience maybe 1 in-game or in-Super Sim injury per 5 or 6 weeks. Prior to the update, there were 4-6 injuries per game.

Bug (Be Specific):

I had just scored a TD on offense. The CPU blocked the XP attempt and I tackled the player before they could return it for 2 points. Then the CPU lines up on offense at my 11 yard line with the announcers saying "and they'll line up to go for 2 here" I stopped them again from scoring on that play then immediately after the CPU kicks off back to me. So I scored the TD, and the CPU gave me the ball right back like they had scored.

Not intentionally. But I suppose it's possible to happen again

Not even sure I can explain this one. Madden Online CFM, ball went over the receivers head out of bounds and then popped up in the middle of the field where there was a giant scrum for like 30 seconds and no one could pick it up.
