I have both years models in question that says otherwise.

The article says something is in the works - not that something has been released.

For 2016 models, People have tweeted at him that they have already received the update in Europe and the US (05.30.30).

That's specifically what I'm saying - 2017 models are left in the dark entirely no pun intended.

I’m on the 2017 B7 model. I think some are a bit confused. The issue isn’t really happening with most LCD/LED TVs. On my Samsung ks8000 I have no issues with HDR brightness and it looks good. It’s more with OLED TVs. It’s too dark on OLED sets. That’s why many OLED owners are hoping EA allows us to adjust HDR intensity to fix this issue.

I just sent him a message on Twitter to see if he has any info on the 2017 models. Hopefully they tell us something or EA allows us to adjust the HDR settings.

Biggest problem is that Madden is mastered to an ungodly amount of nits. At least give us 1,000 nits option.
