In Franchise, how do you:

Sim games? I'm not seeing an option to sim the game from the franchise menu. Can you only sim regular season games or something?

Is there a way to have the game recognize that you are just a simming franchise player? Players get more progression if you actually play their practice drills but I want those advantages as a player who sims everything.

How important is scheme fit in winning simmed games? The game seems to make a big deal out of it despite the fact that I've been ignoring it and just putting the best players on the field and I'm worried my 60% will hamper the team.

Lightly tap the X button while pulling back with right stick.

Anyone else notice that when you do a fantasy draft or NFL draft that you can longer scan the history of the draft round by round as it is happening? Just skips to your pick and you can only see the previous pick right before. Anyone else notice or am I crazy? I always do a fantasy draft and monitor where guys go so I have an idea. Now I'm totally picking blind.

Two questions:

#1) Any idea when the first roster update via EA comes out? I started my CFM and noticed Vaccaro and Tre Boston are free agents, whereas they're really on the Titans and Cardinals, respectively. I know Vaccaro is recent, but Boston signed back in July. Also noticed Cam Chancellor is on the Seahawks, uninjured.

I'm only through 2 preseason games, so if it comes out soon I may just restart my franchise once they update. If they don't update till regular season, I may make the roster moves myself and then restart the franchise.

#2) On updated rosters, if guys are hurt IRL, are they on IR for the season in Madden? I use the Cowboys, I have been able to use Cedric Wilson, but he will be on IR this season in reality. Just wondering if that will be the case on updates.

Like advance a week and sim the games? It's on the same screen as you choose to play that week's game, train etc..
