Odd center behavior is killing plays for me

This thing is happening way too often for me. For example, I have a counter play and the center does this stuff and I end up getting slammed for a big loss because a defender comes free to the running back.

I was really hoping this would be fixed in the last patch. It's so obnoxious.

What game speed are you on? I can't remember if this is one of the ones linked to slow game speed. I'm yet to see it on normal.

Yeah, I'm on slow. If Normal doesn't see the issue, I'll bump to Normal.

Give it a try, but I make no promises lol. I've never played on anything other than normal, but there have been several glitches found related to game speed.

Yep. I have experienced it on the Xbox X. I also believe that it occurs on slow speed and does not occur on normal. I tend to like to play the game on slow speed. but I actually found that on the Xbox X the game plays better and smoother on normal. I also found that the run game on slow was actually harder than on normal.

Same thing for me, it’s been driving me nuts!

I Tweeted Clint and John White and the main EA Madden Twitter account a video of it happening to me (my handle is @MrKevinPerry if you wanna see my video)

I also play slow speed, I did not realize that could be the culprit. For me the glitch can be repeated 100% of the time using the Patriots playbook “HB Dive” on slow speed. My Center just twitches out and stutters in place and I get slammed.

As usual, they never respond to my tweets unless I compliment the game (I think they’re told not to).

THANK YOU SilverBullet19 for pointing out game speed as a possible culprit, I’ll try that exact play where it always happens to me and report back if that fixes it.

I just played a 1/2 with the Pats on normal speed and tried a ton of run plays in their playbook where I would have this glitch from time to time. I just tested those runs over and over... and it didn’t happen once!

It must be a glitch specific to slow speed. This has been frustrating me ever since I got the game, and EA wouldn’t respond.

Glad I was right. It’s rare...but it happens lol. Credit to guys on here really, that’s where I read it
