They don't... If they actually cared about the community, this isn't how they would hand out the beta, lol. This, just like the twitter stuff, is nothing more than a publicity stunt. It forces people to sit and refresh over and over and over, seeing all the nonsense they post, just for a 1 in a million chance at seeing a code, and then desperately trying to enter it in before someone else.. it's kinda sad really.

I wouldn't compare OS to Twitter. Chances are better here to score a code vs twitter

That's true. I just meant in general really. The randomness of it all is silly in my opinion. At least here there is a higher chance of decent feedback.

I disagree with this. EA is emailing users that have put in many hours with last yrs game as well. Not to mention the private sessions they have throughout the year. Point being it gets into the hands that EA wants long before it hits the public. I think it's awesome EA is starting to open up & give everyone a chance to participate.
