CPU using X and Zones

Lots of great Intel on this x factor and zone elements. Now I wonder if the CPU will recognize they have the same opportunity to activate their super star.

I understand EA has implemented this so that the stars can stand out but will CPU take advantage as well?

As I previously mentioned, if the CPU understands and utilizes it's own X-Factor players, while gameplanning against the user's X Factor players, it could make for a very interesting chess match. However, if the CPU lacks that capability, the user will have an unfair advantage using this system. Someone posted that EA is allowing for this to be turned off in franchise mode if necessary. I went back in and checked and it can indeed be turned off if desired.

Can anybody who has played the demo let us in on any answers to this? Does the CPU use these powerups as well? If so, how was it?

I'm seeing the CPU lean on its X players on offense. It's pretty cool to see how much those guys stand out from the rest if you don't have an X player on D to match. You have to devote lots of extra resources to stopping those guys, and if you don't, the CPU will hit them for sure.

Saw the same. Realized I needed to user and start doubling up a player one game. The QB then took some sacks as I took his target away.

Based on your experience, that's encouraging since it leads me to believe the CPU QB actually is "aware" that he has a player in-the-zone and is attempting to get him the ball. Thanks.
