Unfortunately, they're still listed as tight ends in the official EA roster and from what I can tell, the CPU will still cut them after the preseason. I could be wrong and maybe they addressed this but I did a franchise with the Bears and I remember seeing that they suggested I cut Patrick Scales.

Also, the rookie ratings are all generic. Meaning that every rookie is rated the exact same at each position right now. Obviously, that will change.

Did they update player portraits at all? Or are they largely the exact same as last year? Did rookies seem to have their portraits more often than not?

I recall at least 1 roster in Franchise without a true designated FB. Anyone else see this and notice if we will be able to fill our roster without having a true FB listed?

You didn't need to have a FB in Madden 19.

No FB is required. I used the Bears in the 20 Beta and there was no FB. TE fills the spot on the depth chart which is what most real teams do these days.

Okay. I didn't play Franchise in 19. I was not happy with it so didn't bother.

I was playing the Bears in the beta this year and just noticed.
