I'll try this on my next game. I'm currently at all defaults/AP/15Q-15ACCEL/ticker set to scores only but I will check the visual settings as the rest are all default.

For what it's worth when I experienced the bug all of my settings (visual and gameplay related) were All-Pro default except for the game being 15 minute quarters with runoff set to 12 seconds.

Yes.

Since people are actively looking for causes or solutions now (which I feel is a much more productive use of the thread), I want to ask - what's the earliest that anyone has seen this occur? A common thread I see is that it's happening to people in late game situations - 4th quarter more than anything. That's why I was interested in the possibility of chew clock having something to do with it - because the only times that's used is end of half or end of game, when the offense is trying to run out the clock.

If anyone cares, these are my settings (again, I have not had the glitch once). If it is happening to people in MUT, that would seemingly eliminate the franchise-specific items.

If it is tied to one of the visual settings, I'm going to guess it's one of the bolded items:

I believe clint said before launch that ballhawk was now on for default every mode. Even all madden i thought.

Its def on for everyone in our league, yet only happens to some ,so i dunno. Could even be a combo problem, but id guess more likely 1 single thing.

I've played a pretty good amount of MUT (solos and vs CPU stuff almost exclusively) and I've not had it happen once in that mode.

I've played with ballhawk both on and off.....never an issue.
