How do you guys run your franchise team

I always use the Jets yes. I have used generic playbooks going back to ps2 days.

I usually select the scheme that best fits the team I want to build and the playbook that fits that scheme that I find fun.

Currently I'm using Seattle's pb for offense and Cincinnati for defense with my cowboys franchise.

I just use my custom playbook... make changes when I get bored with it... and just go with it.

Honestly, I don't worry about schemes because personally, I think it is a window dressing... they have it in the game but it really does not have much affect on the game. Once again, ratings do not really do what it is supposed to do.

Just to test, I made an All-World running back and sent him on a streak pattern against an LB who ran step for step. I created Reggie White and no matter what I do, I can't get him to get off a block.

Once again, we got hosed.
