I don’t even cover the ball and rarely have issues at default . The key is to not try to make a special move out of every single tackle. Take your yardage and get to the next play. If you try to bust a long run every play, you’re going to fumble a lot (as you should).

since i got the game on xbox one/pc i have always had 4 off coach adjustments to conservative, wide receivers fumble after hits over the middle that's about it on default sliders, maybe 1 or 2 fumbles a season total for my 4 running backs. dont forget 2 games vs Bobby w for me as the 49ers. this is offline cfm only though

There are too many QB strip fumbles when running but thats it. RB's don't fumble much unless xfactors are involved.

I haven't had this issue... if anything I am finding myself wishing that there were more fumbles.

The only thing that drives me crazy is players like Harrison Smith of the Vikings have that superstar where they hit stick every single time (every. single. time) and half the time, they are able to cause fumbles when they are in the zone.

That needs to change.

I’ve seen fumble threads so many time since launch and I’ve oddly never had the issue. I play at default. I don’t know what I do differently compared to the OP but I average about 1 fumble every couple games.

I actually think they overdid it with lowering fumbles since the game care out. When it first came out this year I thought there were way too many. Then they’ve slowly lowered it to the point where I rarely see fumbles again and it’s usually QB scramble.

Bobby Wagner forced two fumbles against me last game. I like that I had to run my plays away from him or account for him on every play. I still think it is a little overpowered though.
