In year 2 of my Cowboy's franchise Zeke Elliot was having a career year when late in the year he had a season ending back injury. I'm now in yr 4 and since that back injury it seems like he cant finish a game. Year 3 he went out on the first series of the 1st game for 8 weeks, came back from injury and lasted 2 games and was out with another season injury. Year 4 he made it a half a game and was out 4wks, I'm now in week 9 of year 4 and he has only finished 2 games since returning and has not had a game that he hasn't left with injury. I've never returned him early from injury he just seems to have bad luck.

I'm curious to see if anyone else has had an interesting story of a player that just seems snake bitten?

Purely anecdotal but I don't think I've ever had a franchise in Madden 20 where Christian McCaffrey didn't leave a few games with an injury followed by a 6-8 week injury. He's always back for the playoffs but good luck getting the panthers there without CMC...

It does seem like RBs get the brunt of the injuries!!!

Yeah it definitely seems like HBs get the most of the injuries. Having Bell the last game, I don’t think I had him finish one year over 1k yards just because all of the time missed. I always keep at least 4 HBs on the roster especially for the one game where your top 3 guys go down!

You have to manage the carries (and touches in general) of your HBs, WRs and TEs very carefully, otherwise you'll get them all hurt at some point every year. There's no other fix / workaround to that.

Injuries in M20 are awful. Night and day compared to M19.

Fournette stays injured in my franchise. Does a players injury rating still go down every time they get injured? I never bother to check.

Yeah had that happen with McCaffrey as well two years of injuries by then I’d drafted another back and went for over two thousand yards but I’d already signed McCaffrey to an extension

Signed Taylor Gabriel as a FA. Dominates first half of game one, injured for five weeks. He cones back, two TDs in the first half, then he gets injured for six weeks.

He came back early the second time though, and so far so good. His quickness is really needed for me.
