On a google search forums found this from ea employee:

Madden NFL 21 is not included within EA Access as a game within The Vault where you'll get unlimited play, however you'll have 10 hours of game time of Madden NFL 21 starting August 21st. Once you use up the 10 hours of game time, you'll need to purchase Madden NFL 21 to continue playing it.

The 3 day early access is for the MVP edition preorder, and there is no time limit.
Right...got it. That 10hrs goes fast. I ended up getting the mvp edition after my 10 hours was up last year. That was a waste because I never used the mut packs that came with it. I wont fall for it this year.

Re: EA Early Access

Any way to get the month of ea access for free on the PS4? Or you're out $4.99 if you decided not to buy.

If you’ve never had it before there MAY be a trial month not exactly sure. But I paid the 4.99 for 10 hours of UFC 4 so a 10 hour madden demo is just extra for me.

Yeah, I thought ea might have a free trial going on, or somebody know something I don't. I think I used it last year. I don't remember paying for it but that was a year ago. I don't remember what I did last night..yet along a year ago.

Re: EA Early Access

Just a reminder for those with PC.

You can get Orgin Access Premier for a month for $14.99 and get the full game on the 21st.

Or spend $99 for a year and get highest edition of Madden, FIFA, Star Wars Squadron and other EA games that have released and will be released.

I use to be against these subscription plans, but between Game Pass for PC and EAs, I've discovered games that I'd never think of buying

You can get the trial as many times as you want. I have been doing it every year for Madden and FIFA since it came out. I get it in late July/August for Madden, use my 10 hours and get a refund, then get it in late Sept./Oct. for FIFA, use my 10 and get another refund.

In general, I'm not sure I'm even gonna try to 10 hours at this point for Madden. Wasn't impressed with the beta enough. Gonna wait for a Franchise patch and then I'll use my hours. Not feeling the hype this year. I'm sure real football being impacted by the virus and there not being preseason impacts that a bit as well.
