Same. Didn't move onto Madden 21 until sometime after the second franchise update. I knew I wouldn't finish year one before this last franchise update, so I started a franchise after playing a good amount of play now games to get a feel for the game and get a base slider set setup to tune inside of franchise mode.

That will be really cool for next madden. My league isnt worth restarting cause we are a bunch of dads who only get to play like twice a week. we started in november and are still only in year 3 lol

I believe that is correct. In the patch notes they said that you will see league history in existing franchises every year moving forward (just not previous completed years). So since you have not technically finished your first year, I don’t think you have to restart.

I just want to know if franchise mode will be vastly improved on the new Xbox and PS5. If Madden improves its franchise mode like I know they can then I will buy the new Xbox along with madden. It’s pretty much the only game I play besides NHL and NHL has also gotten very lame.
