I can be wrong but few years ago I think I remember ratings changing for the scheme especially when it came to FA.

Could you elaborate? I thought the footwork/finesse ratings only impacted sim, while the RBK/PBK ratings were all that were needed for actual played games vs another player or CPU.

Clint has said this many times, and this is supported by what happens in game, but some folks have decided through their "testing" that the ratings don't works as intended or designed. It is what it is.
