my favourite is mlb man covers hb, hb blocks . in old days lber wpould have blitzed. also qb decides to run and the mlber backs off ... this with fred warner so its not like prc or awr are low

I’m glad I saw this post. This happened to me the other day. Was loading into a online franchise game, screen turned black and green for a few seconds, then the entire system shut down. Scared the heck out of me.

I just picked up a Series S a few months ago, because my One bricked. I’m very happy with the S and playing the show and Madden. Thank goodness, it’s fine - but if it’s a Madden issue, it needs to be resolved.

Mine still happening randomly also during really critical moments during gameplay. It’s really killing this game for me at the moment where I just don’t even want to bother until they get this addressed. I’m not sure what type of irreparable harm it’s doing to my console. Shutting down like that can’t be good.

Anyone have info about how this patch effected coverages on PS4? I know some might say to just get a PS5 but,not everyone can with prices continuing to increase on necessities. From what I've read Cover 3 really needed improvement and if playing zone defense has not improved then,why should any of us give EA our hard earned money if they can't or refuse to better something so fundamental to playing actual football,much less a supposed simulation of the NFL that EA proclaims the Madden series to be?

I'm not so sure that ZC is a thing in Gen4, I know it's a thing with the newer consoles.

In 20, I believe at of you had a QB spy and clicked the stick, only the spy would rush. That's how I remember it but it has been a while. In 21 and 22 it sends both the spy and whoever is in the closest zone. Unfortunately the spy will NOT cross the Los to chase unless you do click the stick, so I've seen my spy standing 3 - 4 yards from a QB staring at him while the QB waits for a guy to come open.

This is an issue for both CPU and User defenders, so I can click that to make it work for my defense, but it remains a problem for the CPU defense which is a bigger issue to me.

I also generally only allow myself to use whatever mechanics the CPU also uses, so I appreciate your help, but I will live with my defenders running away from the QB since the CPU defenders do the same right now.
