Are you seeing receivers get separation with pass react at 0?

Plenty! The key is 0-threshold not pass reaction. It awesome to see even the CPU get separation and burn you deep!

@solace, nice game! It's good to see respectable numbers, nothing crazy. WOW at Luck passing for 276 on 13 completions! Good to see the CPU pass game is alive.

The errant throws on short routes are what forced me to go up to 10. It can still be tough as evident by my bengals game a few pages back.

Also, don't worry about the pass rush. See my cowboys game as I sacked Romo 6 times!

@ tdawg, cant you change playbooks in online CCM? Or there is no option to add or trick the system in allowing a second controller?

To be honest I didn't even try because I either read or assumed it was the case. I'll try it for sure next time. I was using the run balanced playbook.

It was pretty decent for them using the Ravens playbook. They really tried to establish that run game as evident by the 25 carries but since it wasn't Rice and it was his backup they couldn't get it going. Flacco killed me. But like I had said before they got, what I refer to as, 2 cheap garbage time TDs at the end. That boosted his stats because one was a 75+ yard pass to Torrey Smith and the other probably involved at least 45+ yards through the air. Take away those 2 and he has 100+ less yards passing.

As far as separation I see it. Especially with fast receivers and also good route runners.

There were a few plays where my DBs looked like they didn't want to play. 2 in particular where they were standing by the WR and didn't make any attempt on the ball. But it only happened twice that I recall so not that bad. One was a TD so it kinda made me mad. Oh well.

I do think we need to lower kickoff length to 45. At 50 I can nail touchbacks all day. As we've seen in the real NFL these dumb dumb returners will take it out 8 yards deep sometimes. But in Madden if they are more then 3 yards it's a guaranteed kneel down. Just to get some more special teams action going.

I don't remember where I posted the boxscore (I think SECs thread) but I got 8 sacks with the Chargers vs the Raiders using these sliders. Good pass rush can happen no doubt.

The run game was the main attraction for me in this game. I did fumble twice in the game with Foster & Tate but in the end, my offense wore their defense down. Tannehill throwing over 300 yards was due to good separation and some bad plays on my part.

Maybe you just haven't faced the right opponent yet, but let me know if it happens!

Playing on very slow is fine, it shouldn't really affect the game all that much.
I know what you mean. But look at my schedule. Aside from Ravens, I've yet to play a team with any form of reputation of having a threatening passing game. And I was lucky to walk away with a W against Baltimore. I've got Steelers, Broncos and Giants next, so that will be 3 perfect games to get a better idea.

That game looks great! The Texans are a really good team so I'm not surprised with the outcome. I wouldn't worry too much about holding Miami to only 38 yards rushing especially when they only ran the ball 17 times. Look what they did IRL against the Jets this year. As long as it's not happening every game then it's fine. Which playbook did you assign to the Dolphins?

Definitely what I was thinking. Some have already posted 300+ yard games so there may not be anything to worry about. I'm

Lost a good one to the Eagles. I gave them the run n' gun playbook and Vick ended up SMOKING me. I had a few inopportune fumbles and a bad interception which really led to my loss. I'm debating lowering rush reaction for both teams to 25 instead of 50. CPU running game seems anemic. Before I get to that though, I'm going to start a CCM and play a half season or so and see where I stand. If I'm first in all defensive categories, I'll know somethings probably not right with the sliders. I'll post the box scores as I go.
