The only thing better in that video imo was the commentary.
John Madden was a great commentator, and Al Michaels is a legend too.
They worked great together, it was a joy listening to them commentating a game. They made it sound so real.

The only thing i saw better in the video that was better then '10 was commentary. I dont complain bout games because I dont have high exceptions on games but everything else in life i do

I'm blown away at that video. I never played Madden 2004, since I stopped buying it after 2001. However, I did play 2005 and I thought it was an oustanding game. The QB drop back is actually right here, how he plants his back foot and "bounces" to set his feet before he throws. Too bad that's all gone now too. Instead we have QBs who moonwalk side to side. Maybe the dev team could also be studying their own game from this era instead of only 2k5 to understand where it all went awry.

I like how MLB the Show did it - it's virtually the same exact game and gameplay on PS2 and PS3 with just a graphical upgrade on PS3 - I wish madden would have done that cause I agree it looks better on PS3 but the PS2 versions felt much better IMO

I've always said that Madden '04 is my favorite Madden ever... Looking at this video brought back some memories of when I had the most love of the series. That being said, Madden 10 is the best NG version of the game by far. The 1st three versions of NG Madden were absolutely YUCK.
