I'm extremely young (rookies at key positions like QB, RB, LT) but love my talent. Strengths are offensive skill players and the front seven on defense. I wanted a good OL and DL, I want to control the line of scrimmage. Weaknesses would be the secondary, CB in particular but I'm counting on my front seven to get to the QB with Watt, Matthews, and Miller bringing pressure. Playbooks are pass balance and Ravens 3-4 defense. Overall rating in my scheme in parentheses.

I didn't draft an offensive player until around round 10-15 or so, and no one on my team has more than 6 years of experience.
I also had to trade Tim Tebow, Brandon Boykin and a first round pick to get RG3 from the Raiders.

Let's just say with my defense that against a Cardinals offense with Peyton Mannning, Larry Fitzgerald, Sidney Rice, Jon Baldwin and a decent O-Line, I allowed less than 200 total yards of offense.
