I asked which method is used in this thread a few times, and a few others where the creator notes that they don't sim NCAA seasons, but the best I get are cryptic answers..

Maybe my posts just aren't seen, or there's something really obvious that everyone knows but me

1) im the creator and there is nothing cryptic going on here
2) i dont recall you asking me which method, must of missed it, but its simple, i edit the ncaa player ratings, sim a season in dynasty mode, and export the draftclass file, thats it

have you ever tried it??
its not hard at all

the more time you put into it, the better your draftclass

Hah, ya, I've tried it.. I buy NCAA every year mainly for draft classes, as for years they couldn't be shared.

I understand exactly how much work it takes to get a good one, it's insane.. and I usually just settle for editing key players, bumping a few QB's for every class, and neutering FB's..

I've also tried leaving ratings of class players unchanged, and then nerfing the ratings of every graduating non NFL prospect, which keeps the ratings down, but the positional rankings and potentials accurate.. That took a lot of time..

As for method.. Some, and I thought you did too.. claim that they don't sim NCAA seasons to produce the classes, that's where the confusion was/is.

well then, if you buy ncaa every year for 'draftclasses' you must know, that the 'only way' to export draftclasses is via dynasty mode & simming a season

Well, that's the only way I know.. other may have found better ways.. maybe file editors etc..
